Log into your eskiin account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the beauty products are in their original packaging and securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
